‘Scripted Emotions' is a pseudo romantic drama for two tourist binoculars. The installation consists of two binoculars with built-in screens. The spectators can roam with the binoculars through a digital landscape. ‘Scripted Emotions' refers to the difficulties of emotional presentation that actors have to master. But in this installation not only do the two protagonists seem to have problems with scripted behaviour, but the scenery in which they are moving also seems to develop a life of its own, thus the nocturnal drama takes its course...
